    Panoramic windows face the Río de la Plata, and on a clear evening the light off the water does half the parrilla's work for it. This is a wood-fired steakhouse, beef-forward and multigenerational, where dry-aged cuts arrive with the confidence of a kitchen that has been doing this since forever. Long-serving staff remember your last visit even if you don't. It landed on the World's Best Steak Restaurants list, and the room explains why without needing to say so.
