An open-air restaurant carved out of the jungle just off the Tulum road, where the menu changes daily and lives on a blackboard. The wood-fire grill does most of the talking, and whatever looked good at the market that morning ends up on your plate. Solo diners can usually slip in at the bar, but everyone else plans ahead. The crowd and the candlelit jungle canopy are half the draw, and nobody seems to mind.
