HOME 11 is a family-run Georgian restaurant on pedestrian Tabidze Street in Sololaki, a short walk from Freedom Square. The cooking stays close to what a Georgian grandmother would recognize, just plated with more composure than she'd bother with. The wine list leans heavily on qvevri bottles from small producers, so it pays to ask the staff before pointing. It holds one Gault&Millau toque, and the room is calm enough to hear yourself deliberate.
