A 300-year-old residence turned five-room boutique hotel, wrapped around a courtyard that still feels more private home than lobby. The renovation leans hard into contemporary design rather than the colonial-pastiche look everywhere else on the block. Bathrooms come stocked with Le Labo, and the rooftop bar runs from flat whites to smash burgers to mezcal cocktails, which covers more or less the full arc of a day in San Miguel.
