    The rooftop pool looks directly onto La Giralda, Seville's Moorish bell tower, and at night that same terrace turns into a cocktail venue with live music. A 16th-century façade wraps around minimalist, arabesque-accented rooms arranged around a shaded central courtyard in classic Andalusian style. It's a hotel that offers a surprising amount of reasons to stay in rather than go out, which feels like exactly the right instinct in this city.
