    Sr. Cangrejo is a small, sleek seafood restaurant tucked so discreetly into Arenal that you may walk past it and feel good about your own pace. The daily specials lean on cuts of fish most menus ignore, like tuna neck, and the wine list is built with more curiosity than the usual house red. The house advice is to let go and let the kitchen steer, and the bar seats have a view of it doing so.
