Vincci Molviedro

Sections of Seville's original Islamic walls are visible right in the lobby, which sets the tone for a hotel that takes its bones seriously. A row of connected buildings on a shaded plaza, Vincci Molviedro was, in a previous life, something rather different, and the staff probably enjoy watching guests piece that together. Rooms are simply furnished with Andalusian textiles and hand-painted tile, many with private balconies, and the rooftop pool is a mercy in one of Europe's hotter cities.
