    A hanging sculpture of an elephant being carried by hot air balloon sets the tone for this adults-only design hotel just off the old city center. Rooms lean into deep greys and painted stone, then pivot with vintage furniture and colorful canvases by Spanish artist Balcris. The rooftop infinity pool looks out over Sevilla's skyline, and the domed Atico Hall shakes cocktails underneath what might be the city's most theatrical ceiling.
