A converted seed factory in the Union Market district, Hotel Nell is a boutique hotel where the horticultural past shows up in deep greens, live foliage, and a rooftop bar called the Treehouse. Rooms have exposed beams and art from local artists. The farmers market down the street supplies breakfast, and green roofs keep the building cool, because of course they do.
