A family-run boutique hotel that's been holding down a quiet street in Saint-Germain-des-Pres for generations, the Pas de Calais packs real personality into rooms that are genuinely Parisian in scale. Some are saturated with color, others more restrained, but all mix classic bones with contemporary details and Clarins in the bath. No restaurant on site, though the café next door does room service, which is a very French solution to the problem.
