Andreas Caminada's two-Michelin-star sharing restaurant inside Grand Resort Bad Ragaz takes its name from the Romansh word for "nest," which tells you something about the intention. Set in a vaulted historic room, it runs a single elaborate creative menu where each course arrives as a cluster of small dishes meant to be passed around. A serious sommelier steers the wine list, heavy on regional bottles available by the glass. Note it's closed for renovation until late 2026.
