    The restaurant's name nods openly to the chef's long road from Albania to Piedmont, and the cooking carries that same self-awareness: rooted in Piemontese tradition but not precious about it. Fresh pasta, hazelnuts, truffles, and chocolate all show up without feeling like a Greatest Hits tour. The lunch menu runs lighter and easier on the wallet, though the kitchen will often let you wander into the fuller evening territory if you ask.
