Fratelli Bruzzone
Piedmontese
The Bruzzone brothers turned their old family delicatessen into a small trattoria devoted to Piedmontese cooking, and the transition was thorough. Two cozy dining rooms, tables packed tight, reservations required even at lunch. The menu reads like a regional roll call: acciughe al verde, agnolotti, rabbit al civet, bonet to finish. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the kind of place where you're mentally booking your return before the panna cotta arrives.
