Jean-Georges Vongerichten has been running this French tasting room at the Trump International for close to three decades, and the kitchen still moves like it has something to prove. By day, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with Central Park light; by night, a chandelier of jellyfish-shade globes goes soft and dreamlike. The mignardises cart arrives at the end with an almost ceremonial air. Two Michelin stars, a Forbes Five Star, and AAA Five Diamonds.
