    Floors 35 through 41 of the Keio Plaza tower belong to Premier Grand, a hotel-within-a-hotel concept where Shinjuku unfolds below in every direction. Rooms run up to 764 square feet, dressed in neutral tones and natural wood, with Japanese soaking baths, Imabari towels, and Sealy beds. It's a quieter, more deliberate stay than the floors below, and the city views alone justify the upgrade.
