The name comes from khinkali, the Georgian dumplings with a pinched handle on top that you're supposed to eat without a fork, and they're the anchor of this lively Charlotte Street restaurant. The menu fans out from there into Georgian small and large plates, while downstairs a basement bar called Kinky keeps things going with creative cocktails and a techno soundtrack, which is one way to run a Tuesday.
