The name means skewer in Korean, which tells you more about the format than "tasting menu" ever could. Chef Sungchul Shim runs an open kitchen where a young team sends out grilled bites meant to be eaten with your hands, one after another, playful and fast. The menu pulls from Korean roots and fine-dining instincts in equal measure. A Michelin star hangs over the whole thing, but the vibe stays loose.
