Kushi Kawa
Japanese
Kushikatsu, the Japanese art of deep-frying things on sticks, is the whole point here, and the chef has built an omakase around it: twelve to fourteen skewers moving through seafood, meat, and vegetables in a set sequence. It's a focused, counter-style meal in Gangnam, the kind of place that takes a bar snack very seriously, which is either a funny premise or a great one depending on how hungry you are.
