    Exposed brick and old ironwork give this casual Basque restaurant a warmer, less ceremonial feel than the fine-dining sibling it shares a kitchen with next door. The menu runs traditional with a modern lean, offered à la carte or across several tasting menus rooted in Basque identity. Ask the server what's available off-menu; the cod cheeks in a traditional fish stew have a way of settling the question of what to order before you've even opened the card.
