    Five minutes from Place de la République, this hotel plants you firmly in the 11th, which is either a selling point or a geography lesson depending on how you feel about Belleville. The rooms lean into earth tones and retro detailing, with triple-glazed windows that keep the boulevard outside where it belongs.
