Formica tables and terrazzo floors in a former bouchon near Guillotière, reworked into a neo-bistro with a firm 1970s aesthetic and zero apology for it. The kitchen turns out modern, sharing-friendly food, and the front-of-house obsession with natural wine shapes the whole meal as much as anything on the plate. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, which fits: generous and clever without the stiff back.
