L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon
French
The wine cellar alone holds more than 3,400 labels, which tells you something about the ambitions here. This is Joël Robuchon's counter-style French fine dining room in the Landmark, holding two Michelin stars, where the kitchen turns out precise, elaborate French cooking in a space that manages to feel less stiff than the address might suggest. A recent renovation expanded everything, and a chef's table and terrace are still on the way.
