A neighborhood bistro in old Arles where the name is slang for wine, which should tell you something about priorities. The short, market-driven menu changes with what's good, and the cooking is generous without fussing over itself. The natural and biodynamic wine list is serious but reasonably priced, the room is loose and lively, and the chocolate mousse with black olives is the kind of thing you tell someone about later. It holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
