    This is a coffee shop that doubles as a cycling clubhouse, which explains the lycra-adjacent clientele clipping in before a ride up to Versailles. It sits in the Marais a few steps from the Seine, serving coffee, waffles, and juice, with bike tours on the side. English and French get shuffled together at the tables, and solo travelers rarely stay solo past the first espresso, whether or not they own a bike.
