Behind a plain façade and wicker chairs, this natural-wine bistro in the 11th keeps its chalkboard menu seasonal and just fussy enough to feel new. The leeks skip the usual vinaigrette, the steak tartare picked up Italian habits, and mains arrive with real sides, so nobody has to fill up on bread. It's open Mondays, which explains the off-duty chefs at the next table.
