    This is a casual crêperie in Saint-Germain built around buckwheat galettes from Brittany, which means you can eat lunch or dinner here without dressing for it or booking ahead. The Odéon branch has more room than the tiny Marais original, plus a terrace for people-watching with a ham-and-comté galette. Some of the savory crêpes arrive rolled up and sliced like sushi, because Paris cannot leave a pancake alone.
