    Tucked into Saint-Servan, the quieter quarter the locals actually use, away from Saint-Malo's summertime crush, this is a Michelin-starred fine dining room where the chef has built a reputation on Breton fish and seafood, sharpened by local vegetables and a confident modern hand. His wife runs the front and clearly takes the wine list and the table setting as seriously as the kitchen takes the plate.
