Le Virunga
Ethiopian
A mural of the African continent covers the back wall, and the menu follows its logic from there. This intimate dinner-only restaurant runs on a pan-African kitchen where Quebec ingredients meet sub-Saharan spices, game meats, and native vegetables you won't find elsewhere in Montreal. The wine list is exclusively South African, which is either a commitment or a statement, possibly both. A Michelin Selected Restaurant.
