A century-old bistro at the foot of Montmartre that a young chef has quietly taken over and made his own. The short menu rotates often, leans modern, and always leaves room for a few vegetarian plates. The wine list is similarly edited, with prices that don't punish you for ordering a second glass. Regulars have clearly already figured out what the neighborhood is just catching on to.
