The same team behind Three Sheets runs this moody, minimalist cocktail bar tucked into a Crouch End parade of shops, which is either the last place you'd expect to find serious mixology or exactly where you'd hide it. The drinks toggle between the familiar and the quietly strange: an Old Fashioned with caramelised white chocolate, a martini stirred with avocado leaf cordial. Locals fill most of the seats, but people do make the trip.
