A French bistro in Gangnam where the menu skips meat entirely, not as a gimmick but as a genuine philosophy. The chef built the kitchen around pescatarian cooking, using mushroom stock where you'd expect veal and cauliflower in places flour usually goes. The results are more textured and savory than the ingredient list suggests. It's the kind of place that makes you forget to notice what's missing.
