This is a seafood restaurant on the Cancale quay, the kind of place where the argument for freshness is moored fifty meters away. Inside it's polished without being stiff, and the menu runs from oysters and razor clams to scallops roasted on the shell. The Breton pancake with warm apples keeps things properly local on the way out.
