French
A caramelised onion tart that regulars apparently plan their evenings around anchors the menu at this French restaurant inside PMQ, split between a formal upstairs dining room and a more casual terrace below. Julien Royer of Singapore's Odette lent his name to the opening, but the kitchen is now firmly the executive chef's territory, with the pastry work quietly threatening to steal the whole show. It holds a Michelin star.
