Maison
Parisian French
The indigo exterior on King Street is your first hint that something deliberate is happening inside. Maison is a Parisian French bistro where the black-and-white tile, low club booths, and platters of escargot do most of the convincing before the menu arrives. The kitchen leans into modern French technique with Lowcountry ingredients, so steak frites shares space with seasonal terrines and housemade black truffle sausages. It bustles most nights, which feels correct.
