The harbour view from the 25th floor has been pulling people up here for decades, but Man Wah earns its Michelin star on the plate. This is Cantonese fine dining at the formal end, dark azure walls and embroidered silk panels setting the tone. The dim sum shows genuine craft, and the Peking duck and baked crabmeat in yuzu and Chin Kiang vinegar jelly have been on the menu long enough to qualify as signatures.
