Marmota is a wood-fired restaurant on Plaza Río de Janeiro, the one with the statue of David, which is a strange thing to eat dinner next to. The menu takes its cues from the Pacific Northwest, so expect a lot of smoke and char, with farm-raised meat and mostly local produce. The drinks list leans on hard cider, a sensible call when everything else tastes like a campfire.
