    A contemporary bistro in Ipanema where the open kitchen makes the cooking feel like part of the room rather than a secret kept behind a door. Chef Danilo Parah works a Mediterranean-leaning menu with a strong pull toward the sea, very fresh seafood folded into dishes that have some technical ambition without announcing it. The cocktail list gets equal billing, which tells you something about the mood.
