    Aeron chairs at the desks are a tell: Meliá Jardim Europa is a 278-room business hotel built for the finance crowd that runs Itaim Bibi, and it makes no pretense otherwise. Rooms have dark hardwood floors and city-facing balconies, the rooftop pool looks out over a genuinely dramatic skyline, and the tennis court offers private lessons from a former WTA professional, which is an oddly specific amenity that earns its mention.
