A former 1950s textile factory, all raw concrete and utilitarian bones, turned boutique hotel in Psirri, one of Athens's faster-moving neighborhoods. The team behind Shila kept the roughness and leaned into it, letting the contrast make the soft furnishings feel softer. Freestanding tubs, custom rugs, everything purchasable if you fall for it. Breakfast is served; after that, the city. The rooftop bar has Acropolis views, and the basement runs as a speakeasy most nights.
