    A whitewashed Cycladic building clinging to a cliffside a short walk from the chaos of Mykonos Town, Kouros is a 40-room boutique hotel where every room faces the Aegean. The infinity pool bar keeps guests in spritz-fueled suspension above the water, and the spa exists primarily to undo whatever the island's nightlife managed to do. Renovated suites swap the standard all-white for a sharper white-and-black palette with marble throughout.
