This is a sprawling fine dining restaurant in Disney Springs built around chef Masaharu Morimoto, with a pan-Asian menu that wanders from American-Chinese classics to ramen, sushi, and Korean dishes. The balcony seats upstairs are worth requesting if you want the full theatrical view of the kitchen below.
