    Tucked into a quiet lane in Seochon, this French tasting-menu restaurant numbers each of its menus sequentially from the day it opened, so dining here feels like arriving mid-novel. The vintage room is genuinely charming without trying too hard, and the kitchen works traditional French technique around Korean seasonal produce, letting the ingredients carry the nuance while the sauces do the heavy lifting.
