Noodles
A noodle shop where the wheat itself is the project, blended from Korean, French, and Turkish varieties and made without additives into every bowl on the menu. The chef behind YUN opened this as a dedicated home for the housemade noodles that kept stealing attention at the original spot. Perilla oil noodles, spicy glazed noodles, bracken whole wheat, all clean and purposeful. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
