A former 1970s cinema near the Berne train station is now a sleek set-menu restaurant where the chef builds each quarterly menu around a different world city, São Paulo being the opening chapter. The kitchen is open, and the cooks come table-side to walk you through the plates, which lands somewhere between fine dining and a very well-funded travel diary.
