There's no sign on the corner concrete building in Núñez, which is either a statement or a test. Inside, a curtain parts onto an industrial loft where the kitchen and dining room share the same open air, and the chef cooks almost everything, starters through dessert, over fire. Portions run large and plates can be split, which suits the informal, sharing-everything mood. It holds a spot on Latin America's 50 Best list.
