No Entry is a cocktail bar in Pigalle, reached by walking through a refrigerator in the basement of Pink Mamma, which is the sort of entrance that makes you feel briefly like a spy and then like a person holding a drink. The room looks like a chemistry lab with a good lighting budget, demijohns of infusions lining the walls. There are no reservations, so you wander in, order the coffee-scented Boulevardier, and keep your shoes unstuck.
