This is a full-service American restaurant inside the Park MGM, set in a dim, two-story library lined with thousands of books that no one is allowed to check out. It feels like a movie set where someone is about to be accused of something in the study. Expect popovers, a roast chicken built for sharing, and cotton candy with the check, which is a very Vegas way to say goodnight to a room full of literature.
