The building spent its earlier lives as a brothel, a barn, and an army barracks before someone decided to open a hotel in it, and honestly that resume shows. Set around a courtyard of olive trees in Gazi, this Michelin Key boutique hotel has exposed stone walls, antique writing desks, and marble bathrooms without trying to look like anywhere else. A stylish outdoor pool and a kitchen built around house-made olive oil round things out nicely.
