Creative Korean
The name comes from a Korean berry famous for delivering five distinct flavours at once, which tells you everything about what the chef is going for here. This is a creative tasting-menu restaurant in Nantes, Korean-inflected but rooted in French Atlantic produce, and it holds a Michelin star. The room is warm and unstuffy, the service easy without being slack. Squid from la Turballe, squab from Vendée, shrimp pulled from Oléron Island.
