The name comes from an old-school tradition of selling wine for 36 cents a litre, and the spirit of that transaction, good things at fair prices, still seems to be the point. This Parma osteria serves Emilian classics with the occasional contemporary detour, and the wine list is the kind that someone clearly thought hard about, built to move alongside the food rather than show off beside it.
